What a Fraud

This company is a fraud. I too send out for the CD, which was supposed to cost only $1.98 for s&h. Then they deducted $69.95 for a membership that I didn't want, but they said I agreed too. I have not received the CD by the way and I called them today to get whatever they think I signed up for canceled and get the money back, but they said they can only cancel it so my account won't be charged again, but they will not refund the money. I asked for the confirmation number of the cancelation and was told that it would be send by email (nope, haven't gotten any). I talked to the fraud department at my bank and they say they will investigate, but they also mentioned I am responsible for reading any fine print.

Well, whatever they may have said it is still misleading at the very least, but I consider such "forced " memberships fraudulent and desperate.
