Scam! Fraud Protection Is Also Fraudulent! Charging me after i have canceled 3 different times with documentation of cancelation

I tried to get my credit report which I never received it was supposably free but I was charged $1 anyway then not even 10 minutes later found out you can not get your credit report that day canceled w credit report then had 2 different charges for fraud protection and identity theft canceled with them online with the automated chat an printed out all cancelations! Was still billed for the fraud protection when i had confirmation numbers every thing they over drafted my account because my rent check just cleared and refuse to refund the over draft fee an my bank said since they refunded the 4.95 they realized the error and now were responsible for the odf when you call them they tell you they are not responsible per terms and conditions but its funny cause i read the terms an conditions and it does not say that when you cancel your account 3 times they are autherized to steal your money fraud protection i hope your warning people about yourself had to cancel my bank card to stop these transaction for some dumb email tips.
