The owner here, owen rogers, promises new employees a base salary of $30,000.00 after "training" which consists of supposedly one week of indoctrination. The training wekk is paid at a rate of $350.

After "graduation" the base (plus commissions) goes to $30000.. Plus a "bonus" of $350 for "graduating. However, "graduation" is the determination of rogers.
Rogers will then issue your business cards noting "director of marketing" and let you think you"graduated"
you are then promptly sent out on a sales trip. Mine was to ashley falls, mass.

Now. If you're isused business card s statingthat you're "director of marketing' and sent from california to mass on a sales call you would come to the undestandingg that you've "graduated" and that your base is now $30,000 and that on return you'll have a corresponding check, plus...! Your "graduation bonus".. Right? Wrong!"garaduation depends purely on what owen rogers says "graduation" is.

So. Don't expecte to "graduate"or to have your base moved up to 3o k. Additionally, rogers states that you're an "independent contractor"... Wrong again! California labor statutes clearly define what an "indepedent contractor' is... You are not! And independent contractor.
Rogers dodge is simply to avoid paying workmens comp and taxes. He knows that you'll be leaving once you find out that you've been had. I filed a claim with the labor commissioner'sofficee. Rogers sent in his wife (he lacks the guts to show up personally) and a bogus book keeper who submitted some bogus paperwork to the commisoiner and won the case based on their propensity to commit perjury.
Rogers continues to operate a "revolving door" add for sles personnel and does the same to all of them. Nobody stays after they realize that he runs and ongoing ripoff.
Additionally... He describes his sales program as "legalized blackmail' which, in fact. It is.
Anyone and everyone delaing with this old con will get their wings clipped
