Cancel Your Card if you had them put it on your card Draper Utah

I have to say I did the same thing, I bought a CD for 1.98 and got the free trial. I went to the sight that they told me to go to and after looking at it I tried to cancel the CD, because I realized it was useless. I did this two hours after ordering it. I ended up getting the CD. I did not know of any more charges that were going to happen. Well the next thing I knew I was getting 69.95 out of my bank account. I emailed them a number of times demanding my money back, I told them that they are not authorized to take out. I thought that would be it. NOPE then next month another 69.98.

I was able to get about 5 different numbers for them and I did get one number with someone that answered, yet they tell me that I have to call this other number to cancel. Which I did a number of times only to have a recording saying the next availible person would be with me, ya right, I got hung up on everytime. I called back the number that I did get a hold of someone and they would do nothing for me.

I was very upset so I went to my bank and because I had given my number for the CD so it looked like it was my choice. The only way I could stop them was to cancel my card with the bank, I was not going to have another 69.95 taken out of my account, it was bad enough that they 139.90 out of me. They are a ripoff and a big scam beware. I have now learned my lesson and anytime I am interested in something on line I am giong to do a search on it before ever giving any more information..
