Not alloying me to make payments and rasiing the interest Wilmington Wilmington

I have never received a bill from them and when trying to make payments by phone they make it as difficult as possible. I financed a motorcycle and it was suposed to automatically come out of my account.

They did not take payments out so i gave them home address again no bill so i asked for online bills and never received one.

The cosigner got involved and asked that bills be sent to him and still not one bill. When calling them they say they can't give out info. And can only take checks.

They just raised interest rate because the payment is always late and no matter how many phone calls the cosigner and myself have made there have been no change in their strange procedures.

I am at a loss
