Stole 8 Years of county property tax from me

I reside in Lakeside a little city vessel In Henrico County. I've a little house 2 rooms, one-bath a livingroom and little dinning space and little home.
the house is just 778 square foot but since I have purchased in sept 1997
I've been paying fees on 896 square-foot. I visited the region plus they stated they'd return me 3 years but I reduce another 8 years.in different terms they took 8 years of fees from me. If i owed them-they might need every cent otherwise I Would be about the road. However they reach maintain 8years of my tax cash. They explained to feel well I'd get 3 years back!!
I'm as though I've been raped, from the region.
