Ripoff apartments. Refuse to fix anything, false advertising

THis apartment complex is a joke. They show a "model apartment" to sucker you in then give you something totally different. The staff is completly incompetent including Maint. Staff. They refuse to repair anything, call after hours and they give you the run around. My hot water was out, informed the office and i was told to boil water on my stove until they come out when they can since they dont get over time pay!!! I am trying to move but i am stuck here paying high rent for un happiness.
