Beware of OverCharges from this company Way Overinflated BIDS

Called this company to see a Thermador Oven door that had come off although just over a year old. Russian accented with week old beard came out and dropped the door on brand new hardwood floor! (No blanket) Proceeded to look and let me know he had to order parts - would call back Monday. This was Friday. He called back Tuesday and said he has to order 2 hinges and 1 part and these cost $300 and labor is $400 - for a total of $700!!! I said" $400 for labor!!! How many hours are you going to work?" He said maybe 2 hours. I told him Absolutely not - I would make some calls. I called another company recommended by Pacific Sales where we purchased unit, the guy fixed it in 30 minutes and charged $168.00 These crooks need to go out of business!!!
