Deceptive trade practices and a rip off

As with many others, I received my bill from Cirro Energy and noticed my bill increased by more than 50%. I spoke with a customer service representative and she had stated there are many people complaining about the rates but there is nothing she can do. Cirro had been able to provide competitive rates in the past but not any longer. My take is, they have run into financial difficulty and are attempting to maintain what little profits they have by ripping off their existing customer base. The increase is not only unethical a poor business practice as well. I sincerely hope Mr. Rogers and his team sleep well at night, knowing they are ripping off thousands of people without even contacting them.

I sincerely hope some attorney's check this opportunity out and file a class action lawsuit against them. I am sure any DA with moral fiber will attempt to shut down these rip off artists.

Let's fight these scam artists and make sure they don't rip any more people off!!
