Douglas County DFCS and their Juvenile Court Work together to Steal Children for A Profit "Great Abuse Experienced for the Family & the Children"

Douglas County has been known to be a different type of County. They operate on their own laws and rules. Douglas County DFCS have been continually mistreating families and swindling children with the conjunction of the Juvenile Court. There are only two Juvenile Judges in this county and they are both very insensitive to families and children. One judge actually claim to advocate for children. But then take a back seat and railroad families without the prosecutor ever proving the families case to find any fault against a parent.

The public defenders are like puppets! They do not represent their clients. They go with the flow. Many of them are very incompentent. Some cannot speak. Some come to court without prepared documents to submit to the judge on behalf of their clients. Some swindle families out of their money knowing they work for the courts and never reveal it. And then they all gather together and huddle at the judges bench plan their great take (our children) without ever proving anything on a family but produce constant lies. "That's Douglas County!" The county that believes in guilty unto proven innocent, but they do not prove the families innocent because the puppets will not argue a case. Why should they when they are going to get there cut regardless. What away to do business!

Meanwhile they are stealing our children on lies. Yes, dfcs creates case plans. You can work them to the fullest, but they still do not loose the children. The place kids in foster homes where they are abused physically, mentally, verbally and emotionally. Do anybody follow up. NO! It a conspiracy. And it has been working, but it is time to blow the whisle on Douglas County.

DFCS set back and allow other entities to tear down our kids. The set there and watch the school personel abuse these kids. They set there and let the school continue to allow bullying to go forth with children being injured and what do they do, "NOTHING!" This is a disgrace. Who is accountable for the way DFCS and the Juvenile Courts tear down the families. Do not bring your family to this county. It is a trap. The child serving agencies work together to get the kids into the system and then they trade them off like slaves. Kids are passed from place to place to place to place when they have loving family members who want them home.

This whole system is based on the dollars they can recieve from our children and yes if your child has any mental health issues they get an abundant of funds for your child. It was a time when DFCS would help to build the family. It was a time when they had the families best interest at heart, but now it is all about the money and the sad thing is those who they hire to do their dirty work do not get paid much. This is foolish and often times they LOOK FOOLISH! They know what is going on but they turn a deaf ear or a blind eye. It is really funny that the Juvenile Courts work with DFCS to take the children and they do not do a better job than that parent who may just nee help with her child, respite for that child or just a break from that child. This is what really trips me out. These children lack a lot when they are in care, but if parents do half the stuff DFCS do, they would be under the ground!

What a pity to have such a system that could really be a benefit to families. What a pity! How do they sleep at night but the question is do they sleep at night. DFCS have a very high turn over rate. I actually a case worker wo sturd up so much foolishness and lies in the house of a parent and now she is on the other side seeking services for her family. Case Workers be mindful you are not an acception, you are just being used to do Douglas County dirty work!

People just beware of this wicked and heartless system. Thier goal is to steal, kill and destroy. DFCS, the School System, the Judicial System and the Police Force is corrupt in this town. Just beware. I have known police officers to give up their jobs out her because they do not want ot be low and dishonest like the force that exist in Douglas County. These people are lawless and they are just in it for the profit and unfortunately our kids are the targets. Please inform you kids and I pray they will hear you before they encounter something that may look so innocent and clear to the average individual but it ultimately never get a fair trail or make a correct response and ultimately taken away from the ones they love because of the schemes of Douglas County.
