Country Stitches advertised appealing rebate in customer received mailing. But rebate details weren't given till I purchased the machine, $2709. I followed all very specific timed mailings, kept copies of eveything.
All had to be done by Registered Mail, even received receipts from Florida, first in 2005 and then final in Jan. 2008.

But NO rebate. When called manager of Country Stitches, he replied, "add your name to the Florida law suit".
Oh I did, as well as report to Michigan Attorney General, Mi Better Business Bureau, Senator Debbie Stabenow, who got Country Stitches a federal small business loan in $744,975. Also wrote Representative Mike Rogers of Mi.in Washington, and Representative Barb Byrum in Mi House.

If I could discover fraud about Cashback in Florida, I question how Country Stitches could run the rebate promotion in 2005 and and sell hundreds of high-end machines, make profit, yet deny any responsibility to their customers.
