Booked at theory test with additional money for a resit. Failed the first test then tried to book re-sit and found out that there was a minimum score requirement to fulfil the requirements of the re-sit. (a score of 38 or more, the pass mark is 43). Scored 37 on test so was not allowed to resit despite paying additional costs. This was not outlined in any details when booking the test, just a promise of a resit if you fail. Very misleading.
