In-Humane treatment of Salesman

I am a social worker in Fayetteville, Arkansas and have on three occasions dealt with the in-humane way this company treats the people it hires. They call these people contract labor which makes this company feel it is entitled to treat the salesmen/women with no tact and outright meanness.
If a salesrep doesn't sale to the standards of the company instead of firing them and getting them a bus ticket to the state from which they came since many are from all different states, the reps are dropped off at the closest bus station and given $10 and told to find thier own way home. This is horrible.
This puts a train on the local community where the company somes to make sales making the city and its services (if any exist) have to foot the bill to get these people back home. This has happened on three different occasions within the city of Fayetteville alone.
I also know of other cities within Arkansas and Oklahoma where this same company has done the same thing. Cities need to write and refuse to allow this company to sale in it's corporate limits. I am enacting my state attorney general to look into this company and to issue a warning to every municipality in my state.
If you are considering working for this company please weigh the risk that are involved in working with a company who could care less about any of its employees whether they are contract (slave) labor or not.
