The Local Bi-State Justice Center Are being very abusive excessive uses of laws and overthrowing the government laws.
And charging people and falsely arresting people over laws that people did not commit.
Threatening citizens of a different racial or ethnic. They put people in jail over in in Texarkana for walking the wrong way. Like for instance I come from Oklahoma and and I'm vising Texarkana.
Its a Miller county Circuit Clerk of Arkansas they fired Ann Nicoles when she was a very good person and put a person that does not know that much about legal work. And make up crazy private laws under Washington D. C nose. And then say its Arkansas Penal Law, When its not a law Texarkana local Government of Texarkana certain people are violating Congress and Constitutional Laws and then say their over Washington D. C Main Government.
And then charge someone with a heavy charge and then bypass the Town Rules and Laws.
And then use the (Town Masonic Lodge). And overthrow the main legal and law system and the Law system around here violate the main Congress Laws and Penal codes of law. And then when the main Government from Washington D.C. Comes they hide the facts their overthrowing the laws here. Theirs a lot of illegal activity and Crooked copes working under cover for drug dealers people harassing people back in 2009 and earl 2010. The Texarkana town was fine until resent and its getting out of hand to the poing the crime rate is getting very high since. And its becoming very unreal and nexceptionable for people to have problems in the copes do nothing about the situation put let it just lacks and just go on for the past 2 years Texarkana is getting very dangerous to live Texarkana Arkansas is going over Texas jurisdiction, And secretly overthrowing the Texas government and using Arkansas Laws which it seems to be Arkansas Courts. And they say that they have control over the U. S Senate. When their just a state body. And they seem to be violating a lot of Government Laws by using more than likely Bogus State-Laws. And the Town Hall of Texarkana, we as people starting to believe know nothing about the issues and its getting very illegal in Texarkana. The business are firing people for no reason and hiring people based on (Ethnic-Bases). This has been going on since the 2008. The town is getting worse then better for the most part. Theirs a lot of people using peoples information theirs people in the low-local Government. The town has been over ran by katrina people when the incident happened back in 2008. And it's gotten out of hand theirs a lot of stares if your not from here people are just ruining people spreading drama when their being watch and lying on people and abusing people by crooked copes listening to heir-say instead of what the Original-Law Enforcement. I believe its quiet clear by (ALL STATES WHATS GOING ON IN TEXARKANA SURROUNDING AREA). And its only getting worse people are playing phone so That just the just of it.
