Ripoff Paid to order microfilm for viewing never received microfilm or refund after two months

Thursday, Feb. 8, ordered microfilm for viewing at the Carbondale Family History Center.

Wednesday, February 21; called about my order, was told the order takes 2-6 weeks.

Thursday, March 8, called but no answer, business hours had been changed. Emailed FHC Central, they said the microfilm takes less than 4 weeks to deliver.

Sunday, March 11, received call from the center manager, who said the film often takes 2 months to come in and they (again) would call.

Wednesday, April 11, no call, no microfilm. I feel I have been ripped off. Even if there had been a mistake with the first order, my phone number was verified with management on March 11. It has been a month since then.
