Ramur villa homeowners association harrassment/discremination corruption dirty SOB's

In november we rented a house in raymur villas and at that time were given permission to keep our r.V. On the property.
We lived in peace until may when we were reported to city zoning about our r.V.

The city asked us to turn our r.V. Sideways in our yard so we would be within code.-fine-we did and they were happy.

The next week we got a letter from the homeowners association (h.O.A.) saying that our r.V. Was against covenant # 12.
I wrote a letter to my landlord explaining the situation and asked him to contact them and handle this matter.

I heard nothing more of this until mid july when i received a phone call from our landlords wife asking me to move the camper.
We didnt want any trouble so we put it in storage. The day after the phone call i received a letter from him saying that they (the h.O.A.) had hired a lawyer and we had 7 days to move the camper or be evicted.

While investigating i learned of several nieghbors that have r.V. S, boats, sheds, sattalite dishes, police cars, company cars and trucks, trailers, and all sorts of violations of covenants.

The more nieghbors i talked to the mor i learned that no one has ever said a word to any of them in as many as 10-yes-10 years. Some of these people (5) LIVE ON THE SAME STREET AS THE PRESIDENT OF THE H.O.A.

When somthing was said to one of the members of the h.O.A. They got together with my police officer nieghbors to rum my tags and run a complete background check to share the info with the h.O.A.

This is really diturbing to think that your nieghbors can control you to this extent. PLEASE HELP.
