Southern Heritage Neighborhoods - Southern Oaks Grove Subdivision, Michael Owhadi Taking money from the Homeowners Association for him self $10,000.00

I was employed by this builder in his office. While I was reconciling the Homeowners Association bank statement I noticed a check which was missing however had cleared the bank. I asked him about it and he said he accidently wrote out the wrong check. The 1st check was for $5,000.00 and the second one was for $5,000.00. I advised him under no circumstances can he take any funds from the HOA for himself. He said he would pay it back. Well due to his financial situation I have since been laid off. I have had many homeowners who I still speak with ask me about the financials. I have advised each of them to go down and request a copy of the bank statements and the checks.

All of the business dealings with him including paying unlicensed sales personal commissions for selling houses and the unprofessionalism has lead me to file this report and let everyone know what is going on.

I don't know how to report him to the authorities or even who to report it to. So if anyone has any information please let me know.
