Ripoff deceptive company false promises ripoff liars victimized us screwed others too

In September of we were faced with an eviction. A "friend from church told us that he worked for a company who builds houses and he could get us in one quickly and for no money down. He told us that our bad credit and BK was no problem, would pay off our car loan, and would "make the numbers work". So we picked out a house and within days moved in. Our escrow was supposed to close in November and we hadn't heard from anyone. Then at church we were told that our loan person that worked for Paladin was fired for fraud and took all our paperwork with her. And now we would have to start all over again with a new loan officer outside of their company!

The day before Christmas we were told that there was no way we could get financed for at least a year! One week later I found a guy waiting at my door. He said he was mad because he had been waiting for an hour to see my house! I told him I didn't know who he was or what he was talking about and he should leave. As he left, he informed me that my house had been put back for sale a month ago and he had clients who drove by and wanted to purchase my house!

They never paid off our car, lost our good faith money, and got evicted in January and are mad as hell!
