I went to these jokers back in December to get my house refinanced. I had everything in order for them - pay stubs, bank statements, etc. They sat on my loan only working it at the end of their month in January as apparently they admittedly needed to meet quota. Well, they came back and told me my house needed a new appraisal - of course which would come in much lower than any other appraisal i have ever had, despite all of my recent upgrades. So, they used that appraisal to say they had to change my loan which meant all new paperwork. Surprise! New interest rate! At that time we got loan officer #2 working on our loan. Then they asked me for my title. I told them I didn't know where it was (yes probably my fault) but I am thinking thatthis can be obtained by the title company easily. They asked me to pay it. Okay more money. I told them I would just use my own title company. That is when they lost it and became even harder to work with. Enter loan officer #3 to handle my loan. Since she was new, it would take her some time to figure out what was going on, so she told me, and would get back to me after she has reviewed everything. A couple of weeks went by. I called and was told by loan officer #4 that my loan was suspended. WTF? And if i wanted to start over they could but they would need all new information. They are the worse communicators and if you don't do things their way in order for them to maximize their profits they will not process your loan. Well guess what, I don't want to waste mine either. This report is to help those thinking of using them. I didn't start really researching them until after-the-fact. Go somewhere else - anywhere else!
