Jefferson At Aspen Ridge - JPI
RIPOFF Don't move to a JPI managed community! Beware

I have so much to say about Jefferson at Aspen Ridge in Aurora Colorado I don't know how I can even word it...

It started out when we first moved in to the community in Aurora. We had some friends over and the first thing that happened was their car was broke into and there was a attempted car theft in the incident.

The next thing is the apartment was infested with crickets, spiders and many other types of bugs, we advised the front office, they sent the exterminator once and refused to come back while the problem persisted.

One month we were late. Yes, our fault. The leasing manager told us simply to pay the apartment fee plus a $50.00 late fee by the following Friday. We got a cashier check gave it to the apartment complex, then the other manger Jamie sent us a notice saying we they did not accept our check and wanted another $180.00!!

Next, my friend who is a city police officer in Colorado came along with his girlfriend and my fianc, the first snow in Denver. It was a big one! The JPI staff ran around and locked the gates shut! Keep in mind it was freezing, the gates were nearly 6' tall and the tops looked like a line of sharp spear objects sticking up. We had to hop the gate (keep in mind this was during the hours of operation) my friend who was is a police officer mad it over with myself but the two girls got banged up one with a possible broken ankle.

If you move into an apartment and you see it is run by JPI. RUN!!!

* Not to mention, the staff acts like a bunch of 4 year olds. They sent us colorful littler letters and. Ugh, i can't even explain it. Just don't move there.
