Police pulled me over stating that they knew I was driving a vehicle (van) not in my name and both officers one in each squad just happened to know I was driving after cancellation.

Placed me under arrest after asking my name in which I replied with my first and middle name and said I was being arrested for driving after cacellation.

Searched the van and purse without my consent and after vehicle had been in impound unsecured and unattended by police for a couple of hours.

Gave false information in the complaint filed and charged me with a number of counts. Put both children in a police hold in which child protection now has filed to terminate my parental rights.

I was not given my one phone call for a day and a half. I was never read my miranda rights and they would not take the long distance call feature off so I could make a local call.

Denied my special medical diet in which I then got ill while in custody.

Raided my parents house naming me as suspect and yet they arrested me while I was being arrested on a different charge but then after the search I was given a new set of charges relating to the illegal search.

Now I am involved with two courts for the same offense. One is criminal and the other family. I have to go to inpatient treatment which cuts the time I have to get all provisions done by Child Protection in which I may lose my children boy 10 girl 6 forever.

Can someone help me out there that will fight for the peoples civil and constitutional rights. I am not financially secure and would need a lawyer Pro Bono.

People need to know about our unlawful system and how it tears the family apart. It has gone on enough and if we don't fight for our rights and make the government follow our founding fathers rights that were given to us. Why have them at all? Only to forget who and what we stand for as individuals as well as a group. United we stand, divided we fall.
