Supposed to help community, not only their own church members RIPOFF

I went to three host organizations to place an order with them this month. They said that I was too late, although I had met the deadline according to the Share newsletter. It was October 7, the deadline was October 10. One host said, "If you had our church newsletter, you would know OUR deadline dates." So they are only helping out members of their own church. They are supposed to take orders from people in need in the community, not just their church members.

I sent an email to the headquarters, will give update when I get their response.
