Mistreated and ripped off, violated civil rights, vindictive ex-wife

My ex-wife filed a false claim for child support arrearages in 1998. My youngest child was 30 years old at the time and she had never before filed such a claim. Most of my receipts had been discarded a year earlier when I moved.

The state agency violated MA General Law, failed to heed Federal Government guidelines, ignored a MA judges order to stop collection activity and forced me to spend considerable funds to go to court in CA to fight the charges.in July I won the CA case;however, MA still refuses to close the case against me.

I have been unable to find an attorney in either MA or WV willing to fight the government system even when they agree the events I state probably occurred. The ACLU has refused to enter the dispute unless I can find additional non-custodial parents who have received the same treatment (not necessarily in MA). The Federal Attorneys office in WV has not responded to my inquiries.

I see this as a violation of my civil rights and a mental harassment which is as traumatic as physical violations by police officers. The child support enforcement groups are given extreme powers by federal law which they believe provides them the necessary right to take any action they want, even if it violates the law.
