BEWARE of landlord in Kauai
I rented the downstairs apartment from this guy - Avi Zadokk - in Lawai, Kauai, Hawaii in the month of July.
He refuses to return my $1400 security deposit.
I am an older, single woman - and I left his 'apartment' immaculate and scrubbed down.
He has no reason to keep my money - other than sheer greed.
DO NOT rent a space from this person in Kauai and do not do any business with him!!!
