THEY returned my check and my mailed envelope on December 18th. THEY typed in the WRONG license plate number so they couldn't find the title. THEY didn't bother to check the vin or the hand written license plate number I had also written on the check.

NOW I have to spend more postage to re-send and do this again. Do they hire 2nd graders still learning to read??? I don't know how much more clear I could have made this!!!
