If there was a option to give negative stars I would. This company has to be the WORST home care agency I've ever had to deal with. The staff is very very rude, negative, were always late on deadlines and the CEO/owner Serena is never in. I've tried contacting her on multiple occasions with no results. When she finally did get back to me we arranged a meeting that she didn't show up on. She had the nerve to send me an email the next day saying she was sick. So we rescheduled and again she was a no show. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
