Continuous billing for a one time service request

I required that Intelius perform a (1) one time only visit a comparable, for regardless of the company cost was at that time, and today they maintain payment twice per month to get a support I am not really employing, I'd like for these surcharge costs to stop, as well as for the resources which were/are now being obtained next official preliminary demand to become instantly repaid to my bill.
