Bias and Prejudice in Child Protective Services case

Submitted a with Child Protective Services in mention of my boy Friend Princeton Hollis who nis 4yrs old. Caseworker Eric Krocka hasn't completed correct follow up and it has proven obvious disregard for my kid's security. There is a Docter's statement delivered to CPS with issues from Doctor was documented wtih no-follow-up or wasw anybody questioned. The situation employee was informed the tag on his throat was completed by him witj a chain and there's no means it might have occurred by him. The Physician suggested exactly the same but no-follow-up was completed. Our boy suggested he was set under a mattress and jerked by his toes and his neck captured onto the railing and reduce his throat. I told this to tge caseworker and also the fir factor he requested was if it had been a collision or was it misuse. No problem for that kid or even the untruth which was informed to him concerning the event. Our child wants anyone to plz assist in this analysis as his health insurance and wellness isn't being regarded and also the caseworker has composed his brain that there's no misuse happening as he didnt originally observe any scars about the kid.
