Never received Merchandise

I requested a complete group of doll bears which each retains a U.S. State fraction. I requested these from a industrial in August. After I did not obtain my bears, I named them around November plus they stated that the very first purchase of bears had been shipped over the following 3 months. I never received any bears! I recently recently named them again as well as their phone number isn't functioning. They've taken funds from my credit consideration but I've not obtained ANY ITEM! I'd like a complete reimbursement of my cash!
