My credit was billed and I have not received the entire product

I requested the 50 States of America Cash Bear Selection in the centre of August. From an Infomercial. I had been suppose to get 10 bears along with a reward bear for $19.95. I obtained 6 bears and was billed $32.90 on my charge card about the evening of my incomplete delivery. I've yet to get my leftover purchase. After I attempt to contact the organization, I get whether chaotic indication or rough delay period of 40 units to talk to a repetition. After talking-to my charge card organization the only path to prevent a computerized withdraw would be to stop my charge card and also have them matter another quantity. I am extremely annoyed and desire everybody to not cope with this complany.
