Overcharged

I requested Benderoos by telephone from the infamercila on T.V. It stated the price was 19.99. I requested the household group also it was suppose to become 29.99. At the conclusion of the telephone phone they didn't provide me your final cost. It had been a PC purchase program. After I examined my consideration they'd billed me $70 some bucks!!! After I obtained the purchase I immiedatly delivered it. They just returned me $40!!
