Online fraud

A couple of months before I bought some propeller blades and batteries for my RC helicopter from xheli.com. Our offer came about 10 days later. Envision my shock after I popped the bundle and discovered only a little nitro motor (later discovered it's to get a RC vehicle).

Their customer support (really sales@xheli.com is where their emails originated from) stated they'd deliver me my proper purchase after I delivered the motor, AT MY COST!!! They got no obligation due to their delivery division error.

Convinced that certainly since I have did nothing wrong, and really shouldnot need to purchase their error, I requested my creditcard organization to stop the cost. They did, but later set the charge-back on.

So now I've settled $83 for my initial purchase, that we never obtained, and also have a $150 (as outlined on xheli.com) motor that I can not use. I suppose I Will get on ebay and find out easily may atleast market the motor for what I'd to cover it.

I'll never buy from xheli.com again!
