I purchased a cot collection from BabyAge.com 14 days before, which was wrongly marketed. The title of the collection was Chocolate Facts by Trend Research. The shades within the explanation are Swimming Orange and Candy. Much to my shock after I obtained the purchase, it'd RED rectangles all-in it. I looked back at there site www.babyage.com and looked over the explanation and also the image to ensure before I created the phone call. No-where was there something stating there is red within the collection. Therefore, I named to determine easily might trade or return and that I was informed really rudely "No", that there plan mentioned there is a-50% reshelving cost only for returning it. I told them-they had a need to ensure it is right because it wasn't mentioned on the website website, and that I am having a child. I had been informed that there might have been a difference with my check. I told them I looked over it from 4 different computers, along with other people appeared aswell, with no one noticed red. I had been ostensibly named a Moron, and informed they'd not do something about this. I told them I'd do all that I really could do to ALERT people to not purchase from their website.
