Rude and unprofessional administration!

Not my consideration maintain -getting telephone calls. Named TCR back again to question them why these were calling my house. Talked to some boss called Alexander Tsirimokes. He was rude unprofessional. He screamed at me & confronted me. I'm calling AMEX to protest. I am in surprise.
