Andy gill, 5ft 7in, dark hair, blue eyes, is to be living in the Twisp, Wa area owes his children over 50,000. Ive been waiting 3yrs now for my state to open a case in his state. The people in his community think I'm a stalker due to my fact finding mission. Like I'm in the wrong, one person i believe to be his new wife texted that for his kids sake i should help him out like her and the people of his town do, I say its been 7yrs and he hasn't even tried to be part of his kids life. To hell with that i want him in jail he seems to have no problem paying to get out. How frustrating!!!
