I have had issues with the delivery of my two newspapers on Sunday. For the last two weeks I have not received my newspapers at all. I have called customer service numerous times. No one cares to resolve the problem and i have asked to talk to management of circulation for three months. No one returns my calls and no one cares enough to follow up on my complaints. The Tribune did not mind taking my money but they dont want to deliver the service... I order two subscribtions of the Sunday paper during a couponing class. I think maybe the folks that are advertising this newspaper during their classes would be interested to know that The Tribune will take your money but it will be a fight to get your papers with the coupons. Maybe this is an "8 on your side" issue? I am very disappointed with this newspaper. Customer service is the worst and mangement obviously is uncaring and not very concerned about pleasing their customers.
