Failure to cancel subscription

After I registered for that publications, they explained I'd thirty days to alter my brain. During this period, these were to deliver me various publications to determine easily loved their solutions. On January 21, I published for them and informed them that used to do nothing like the publications these were delivering, and they were to stop my membership ASAP. I named the following month, after I discovered they'd removed however

Another cost. I told the worker that I'd terminated the membership on January 21, that used to do not need anymore cash appearing out of my bill. She stated they hadn't obtained my termination, therefore, I again recommended her to stop the membership instantly. She stated that she was rescheduling it in those days, which I'd get a reimbursement going back cost. That did not occur both. Another cost was obtained from my bill in March. I actually donot believe they're likely to stop the membership. Since I have have approached them twice, and twice they explained there have been rescheduling the membership, I'm thinking what my next thing ought to be.

Please advise me what I ought to do today.
