In November I restored my membership to National Geographic through Journal Vieweris Support (1 800-459-6627) via phone. As my present membership didn't go out until December I requested and was guaranteed the new membership for three years wouldn't begin until January.

In June of I began obtaining renewal notices from National Geographic and so I named them to determine when they had any info on my restoration. They didn't.
