Huawei acsend - Complaint

I have taken this phone back to the service center 10 and metropcs/nor huawei want to respond to the worse phone that has every been put on the market. I have attempted to talk to metro/huawei, cpu and better business bureau and continue to be mate with negative results and metro is even refusing to upgrade/downgrade my phone.
