METRO PCS telephonic tour AND staff at call center 1-888-863-8768 - GREAT expensive LG was replaced by CHEAP unfriendly Metro HUAWEI

Rec'd a text re: change in Service and cancellation upon my request of Metro Guard. I used it to go through Assurian for a replacement of a 300.00 lg phone I loved. My choice of replacement was a CHEAP HuAWEI. Not worth 5.00 amonth to even insure. THis phone will probably need reoplaced when I Toss it out the window driving down a freeway due to another lost or cutoff customer. The phone however is better than the service I received whewn calling into the 1-888# above and speaking with two employees. THe first named RHONDA ID 6? @ 12:14 PST. Talked to her for 10mins 11 secs., approximately. She was rude and hung up w/o assisting me. I cld back same # rec'd Alex ID 60948, asked for a Supervisor to file complaint. I was put on hold for over 18 mins. 7 secs. NO resolution. I called 611 reached a higher caliber staff. Latoys id 60397 got me to a Supervisor Matthew id 603636. He is suppose to email the 888 call center of Rhonda. We spoke for 24 mins 7secs., re: the text and my dissatisfaction re: the lack of service at the 1-888 call ctr. This simple call re: a question I rec'd via text from metro took nealy an hour. Rhonda and Alex almost cost your corporation two accounts that have been with you since 2009. Call me and I will send you my application. I retired after 24.83 years from AT&T and anothe 8 w/Government. I can treat your revenue generating clients with respect and will be an asset to your business moreso than both employees and the first Supervisor that did not get to the phone in 18 plus minutes., even on on my worse day.
