Hi Doyon Mcconnell,

Why wasn't I notfied of cricketwireless increased bill on my plan in which is an old model samsung phone as of 11/7.
I went to my online account to pay my cellp phone bill see that that there was an billing increase on my account. The rep explained to me that cricketwireless switched over to an new insurance company for my phone. I was not informed by mail, phone, text or email of cricketwireless switching over to an new insurance service company at 855-309-8394 until I called cricketwireless this morning.

This has left an uneasy feeling on my conscious such as trust. Once again cricketwireless is an great company but now I'm being PUNK'D again by Cricketwireless. On the business side of things I would think a great company such as Cricket at http://www.mycricket.com / in which is a multi-billion dollar company would be more cautious of notifying their customers of new changes in a timely matter especially when it effects their customers billing. This is the 2nd time Cricket has let me down, but at the same time I think it's a sign saying (RUN!). Now the increase on my billing went from $49.95 to $50.19. Now it's not much but it's just the lack of respect Cricket has for it's customers. I never personally agreed to this insurance increase on my cell phone in which is an older model samsung, but Cricket agreed to it for me without my acknowledgement. I may not have as much money as Cricket. But I do have pride and respect for myself. Thanks for the many years of service I have had with you and it was great while it lasted.
