Sprint cancel my account - customer service

Sprint is giving me a hard time because I got a phone in radio shack, but my last day I decided to get the iphone, as a result, radio sharck took the phone but sprint is asking for a cancellation fee. Radio shark did not have the iphone and they explain to spring that I will get the new device in best buy with the same account but they add another new line to my bill. Then, I got that they cancel all my lines asking me more than 1200 and I do not have themoney. Also, costumer service never helped me to resolve my problem. I need the service and I want to keep my account
