Ut they didn't turn on my service — when I made the payment today, my phone was on... After they charged the money to my bank acct all of the sudden my phone was shut off!!! A supervisor took my payment because their website was down AGAIN... She gave me her employee # and she gave me a confirmation # — but NOW THE FREAKING PHONE IS OFF...
