AWFUL service dosent follow through with deals

An absolutely awful company, especially when customer service is involved. I completed an offer for free beans for signing up with gamefly and waited for my award, only I was never credited for my award and sent a couple of email... Called? When they finally responded they then requested proof of completion... Wait a Second u guys should have the proof somewhere I did the sign up completed offer thru the link with my ipad or you can contact gamefly and confirm this. Why is this company giving me the run around. No customer service. No email. No beans. No service from Tapjoy. They dont answer their phone. It’s an awful company.
