Efusal to return my deposit

I registered for direct television in feb and that I had 295.18 removed my card as deposit befor the technology came along. When he confirmed he explained the bushes were preventing me from recieving sign and so I could not receive there support and that I was informed identification have my deposit delivered in 10 business days. Well obviously its may now i havent received a cent after I named before they'd say it'd be another couple months or oh for whatever reason it didnt move thru to corporate excuse justification. Today they claim they cant locate my info my bill number or my label tackle nothing beats i never exsisted and that I possess the mail I acquired from their store wth the total amount i settled and anything! Im so angry I'm like I had been cheated out-of 300 bucks. I actually donot believe there actually legite organization cus they're never truthful with me. So what can I actually do I do want to talk to the "high-up" people if you will find actually any.
