I've been a loyal customer with Knology for over 3 years. My bills were $93 per month (when they didn't over charge for something), and that is just BASIC cable, phone, and internet service. NOW, I get a bill for $116.57. What's up with that? And to top that off, I get a flyer on my door, from Knology, for "cable TV-over 220 channels, digital preferred pkg, free HD, phone, unlimited, all features, keep your number, Internet-high-speed, 7 email addresses, and 'ask me about a free month', and 'call me for your chance to win a HDTV!" for 12 months, no contract, for $69.00 per month. And i don't qualify? Unbelievable!
