That had been stolen. I was told i had to have a credit card or similar in order to get a new phone. I called them to deactivate my stolen phone and get a new one. All fine til she asked me for a credit card to pay for new phone! Well i don't have a credit card, i'm on state assistance. I was told i could not send a money order for $3.99 to get a new phone. This is ridiculous! This is a state phone to help people like me on assistance and now i can't get another phone! They should allow people to send money orders and then send a new phone out once payment is received!
