Unauthorized charges review

I would have to say, your company is the worst cell phone services I've ever received. I recently was charged over $450 for something that your own employee admitted was HER fault, yet I was still forced to pay the bill. I did this with my credit card, and here again, I am being charged for the exact same thing from 2 months ago. TO say I am angry is an understatement. Paying this price per month is simply retarded. It would be cheaper to simply end the contract and pay the penalty fee, which I plan to do ASAP. I plan to never do business with your wireless company again and I feel that EVERY person residing in this area should know just how poor and misleading Chariton Valley Wireless is. I hope this doesn't happen to another of your customers. How sad that you take advantage of your hard working customers like this during a time of depression. Just because my account WAS in good standing (until this nonsense), you seem to think you can charge whatever you wish and I'll pay it without questioning what you're doing and you're wrong. We are watching you, all of us. I feel everyone who does business with you should be informed to check ALL charges on their monthly statments and see exactly where you are cheating them!
