Unfair to senoir ladies with handicaps by making false promises

Kis promised that they had a place for me to play golf with my handicap, that I would be able to play golf with my husband and have my personal needs ment. I can not go 5 hours or more without a personal stop. They offered a 2/3 vacation but this to is a broken promise. They took our money for this too only to blow me off.in general they took a large amount of money and did not fulfill their promises and have a very rude man takes the calls.

He in a rude atitude tells you not to worry it all takes time. I am almost 71 years old. Do I not have any rights to have these promises filled?
