I have used pocket for almost a year now and pay my bill throught the automated system. I paid my bill 2 days early and today it was cut off. When I called they told me that their automated system doesn't accept some bank cards. Then went on to tell me that they would take another card and charge me 10 dollars to reactivate my phone even though I paid the bill 2 days early. When I mentioned that the charge was pending on my account they said that didn't matter it won't go through. I will be finding another phone company. They refused to not charge me the $10 dollar reactivation fee. Lets just hope that pending charge on my bank account won't go through.
